Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:45-5 (early finish on a Friday)
Salary - £24,500
Location - Nottingham, Office Based
Contract Type - Permanent
Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor Advisor to join a growing Payment Solutions company in Nottingham.
What you will be doing:
- Contacting all new onboarding customers to ensure services are activated
- Testing their services to ensure they are set up and running
- Work with the existing sales team
- Keep on top of call backs and diary
- Ensure the customers onboarding process runs smooth offering excellent customer service
- Request reviews on standards of service delivered
- Customer service duties and administration tasks
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Similar experienced gained in a customer service setting, office or call centre environment
- Passionate about customer experience and delivery
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Customer focused
- Team player
- Knowledge of salesforce would be advantageous but not essential
My client offer a superb salary for the right candidate with a basic salary or £24,500 per annum.
