Role - Customer Support Advisor
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:45-5 (early finish on a Friday)
Salary - £24,500
Location - Nottingham, Office Based
Contract Type - Permanent

Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor Advisor to join a growing Payment Solutions company in Nottingham.

What you will be doing:

  • Contacting all new onboarding customers to ensure services are activated
  • Testing their services to ensure they are set up and running
  • Work with the existing sales team
  • Keep on top of call backs and diary
  • Ensure the customers onboarding process runs smooth offering excellent customer service
  • Request reviews on standards of service delivered
  • Customer service duties and administration tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Similar experienced gained in a customer service setting, office or call centre environment
  • Passionate about customer experience and delivery
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Customer focused
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of salesforce would be advantageous but not essential
